A serene central garden designed with enormous trees and lush vegetation provides an escape from the hustle of the fast paced city. This central courtyard is located right in between three apartment blocks acting as lungs for its residents.

We at SVLA believe that it is vital that the building architecture of any construction project needs to be aligned with the landscape designs to create an euphonious ecosystem. The main purpose of this courtyard is to create a sense of the wilderness while having the comforts of a home. This project’s meticulous planning ensures every apartment facing this courtyard welcomes an unique experience of the courtyard. The design respects and functions harmoniously with the existing flora and fauna while only adding to its biodiversity.
